Elijah Bishop is the director of the clandestine organization known as Global Espionage Network of Supernatural Investigations and Surveillance (G.E.N.E.S.I.S.). He served as an officer of the US Army during World War II and espionage veteran of the Cold War. Not much is known about Bishop except that he is a Neo-Progeny whose abilities seem to be empathic in nature. He also exhibits the usual Neo-Progeny enhancements such as enhanced strength, stamina, speed, agility and immortality. After approaching former art thief and current gallery owner—Ivory Blaque—about the pistols he secretly hired her to obtain, he has since employed her to work for him in an uneasy alliance. Bishop is extremely manipulative and is very focused on whatever objective he is set upon.
History
Elijah Bishop's past is shrouded in a mystery as he is unable to remember any events prior to his involvement with the Tuskeegee Experiments during the 1930's. Because he hasn't aged since that time and it was later discovered that he is a Neo-Progney, there is no way to determine exactly how old he is.
Description
Middle aged, olive skin tone with occidental features. His race is difficult to determine due to his complexion and features. It is possible that he uses his empathic abilities to coerce people in his presence to involuntarily overlook his race as an issue.
Demeanor
Extremely intelligent, reserved, cunning and sometimes blunt. Although he can cause others to empathize with him, he has a very distant disposition.

He has used what would be called questionable/imbiqutous tactics over his years but only for the greater good, at least in his mind. He is a seasoned in both armed and unarmed conflict. Bishop is also a Neo-Progeny.
